Shipping Policy

At GiggleLink, we want your order to arrive smoothly and keep you informed along the way.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 24 hours of being placed. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email.

Shipping to the United States

We ship to the United States using FedEx. Estimated delivery time is 5–8 business days after dispatch, in addition to order processing time.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Order Tracking

Tracking is provided for every order. Your shipping confirmation email will include your tracking number and a link to follow your delivery. Please allow time for the carrier to update the tracking information after dispatch.

Delivery Delays

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Weather, holidays, customs processing, or carrier disruptions may occasionally cause delays.

Shipping Address

Please check that your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Address changes may not be possible once your order has shipped.
